Punching Folding Cutting Welding

Folding

With the use of our down stroking cnc controlled brake press, we can produce lengths / folded panels up to 2.7 metres long, with a wide selection of tooling we can provide parts with simple 90 degree bends or complex bend sequences to produce cabinets, enclosures ect. Materials from .6mm to 6mm in thickness.

Cutting

Cutting in various metals straight or mitred cuts, from box section tube or solid bar or flat plate.

Welding

Mig welding: Materials up to 20mm in thickness.

Tig welding: Quality welding for your fabrications, from .6mm in thickness upwards.

Spot welded components if required.

Punching

With machinery capable of punching 2000mm x 1250mm with out repositioning, materials of up to 6mm thick in mild steel & up to 3mm thick in stainless steel. We can cover most of the industries needs for precision made punched / profiled steel products.

With precise CNC punching of holes, notching, forming, we can produce small - large quantities / batch work of detailed metal parts for fabrication. Please contact us to discuss your exact fabrication requirements.

Workshop / finishing:

We have tools & machinery to drill,thread,& countersink holes, milled slots etc. With our stainless steel weld cleaning equipment , we can remove the welding burn to leave a clean nice looking tig weld on your products.

Linishing machine for deburring metals & graining of stainless steel up to a polished finish if required.
